Stormscope - L-3

Stormscopes is a device used for low-frequency signals and electromagnetic energy waves measuring. But unlike the usual meteoradar, stormscopes exude their own beams. They can determine, for example, wind gusts, rain or even worse meteorological conditions, like heavy storms or hail.
