Every time you shop on airteam.eu, you have the opportunity to easily use your accumulated loyalty points to get discounts. After logging into your account, simply add your desired items to the cart. How do I join the Benefit programme?

You enter the programme by registering and making your first purchase at airteam.eu. Your tier is then calculated from turnover and programme rules, so you can see how to reach higher benefits.

How do I find out my programme tier?

After logging in, open your customer profile. You will see your current tier, point balance and available benefits in one place.

Why don't I get free shipping even though I'm a First Officer?

First Officer gives shipping benefits, but the final price always depends on the specific shipment (destination, size, weight). A fee can apply, for example, for delivery to remote locations or oversized packages. You see the final shipping cost in your cart before confirming the order.

Is free shipping based on order value or weight?

It depends on order value, weight, dimensions and destination combined. That's why a shipping fee can apply even at higher tiers. You always see the exact cost before completing the order.

Can I combine multiple promotions or discounts?

It depends on your tier. AIR TEAM Crew can combine promotions according to the specific offer (discount coupon, quantity discounts, loyalty points)—discount codes cannot be stacked. First Officer and Captain cannot combine discounts: they only use their loyalty benefits under the programme rules; no other discounts are added.

How do Loyalty Points work at AIR TEAM Crew level?

At AIR TEAM Crew level you earn 1 Loyalty Point (worth 1 EUR) for every 100 EUR spent. You can use points on your next purchase under the current programme terms, so your purchases turn into real savings over time.

Where can I use my points?

After logging in, add items to your cart and use the "Use Loyalty Points" option. The discount is applied immediately to the total order price, so you see the final amount before submitting.

When does my tier change (Crew / First Officer / Captain)?

Tier is based on turnover evaluated according to the programme rules. If your tier doesn't match your turnover, contact AIR TEAM customer support and we will review it with you.

What period is used for turnover and tier?

Tiers are based on turnover over the last 12 months. Evaluation runs at fixed dates (e.g. 1 January and 30 June), unless the programme terms state otherwise.

What if my points or tier are displayed incorrectly?

Contact AIR TEAM customer support. To speed things up, have your account email and last order numbers ready. That helps us resolve the issue quickly.

What discounts can I use in my programme tier?

• AIR TEAM Crew – discount coupon, quantity discounts and loyalty system (loyalty points). These discount types are active for this tier.
• First Officer – access to Partner Rates, i.e. competitive pricing for your organisation across the entire portfolio. Discount coupon, quantity discounts and loyalty system are not active for this tier.
• Captain – access to Elite Rates, i.e. the most strategic market advantage and lowest possible distribution prices. Plus priority Sales Support. Discount coupon, quantity discounts and loyalty system are not active for this tier.

Do programme benefits apply the same across all brands?

Benefits differ by brand type to match each product category.
