Information on processing of personal data

SUMMARY

AIR TEAM, s.r.o. processes your personal data where this is necessary to perform the contract with you on the sale of goods (or to take steps prior to such a contract), and further processes personal data necessary to fulfil this company’s statutory obligations.

1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CONTROLLER

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data includes in particular: (a) performance of the contract with you and pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) compliance with legal obligations applicable to the controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), in particular under Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on value added tax, Act No. 586/1992 Coll. on income taxes, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on accounting, each as amended.

2.2. The processing of personal data is also governed by Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

3.1. Personal data are processed to perform the contract between you and the controller, including delivery of goods and handling liability for defects, to take pre-contractual steps, and to fulfil related statutory obligations of the controller.

3.2. The controller does not use solely automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

4. RETENTION PERIOD

4.1. Personal data will be processed for the duration of rights and obligations arising from the contract and for any further period required for archiving under applicable law, at most for the statutory retention periods.

5. RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

5.1. Recipients or categories of recipients include carriers and other persons involved in delivery of goods or processing of payments under the purchase contract, and providers of technical services relating to operation of the e-shop (including software and hosting). If you choose Klarna as your payment method, personal data required for processing the payment and, where applicable, for credit assessment — including in particular your name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and order details — will be transferred to Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Other named recipients include Evice Webdesign, GoPay, PPC Marketing, Google, Facebook, Seznam and Heureka.

5.2. For processing necessary to comply with legal obligations, recipients may include tax authorities or other competent bodies where required by law.

5.3. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country outside the EU/EEA or to an international organisation.

6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

6.1. Subject to the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability.

6.2. If you consider that processing infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6.3. You are not obliged to provide personal data; however, providing the data necessary to conclude and perform the contract is a requirement for entering into and performing the contract, and without it the controller cannot conclude or perform the contract.
