Lone Star Aviation’s Fan Blower line is the first choice for dealers and OEMs because of its proven time in the field for reliability and quality DC brushless motors.  Lone Star Aviation designs and manufacturers fans, blowers, thermal sensors, speed controls, ducting as well as ventilation parts and components for many aviation and military applications.

The Fans and Blowers are FAA PMA approved and TESTED to RTCA DO160D with a history of 25 years in the field.  Blower designs push the limits for a reduction in size, lightweight reliable PCB, and high reliability brushless motors. The designs incorporate circuit protections including conformal coatings, locked rotor, overcurrent, high temperature and overvoltage protections.  The company’s blowers produce an output range of 7 to 150 CFMs for demanding aircraft and military applications with end of life to 80,000 hours.

Designed with a universal mounting system, the blower can be mounted vertically or horizontally under the aircraft panel or avionics bay, providing multiple installation possibilities for most aircraft makes and models.
