L-3 CP-2500

Description

The CP-2500 is required for aircraft that do not have a digital transponder with an RS-232 output (such as the GTX 327/330 or Sandia STX 165). The CP-2500 control panel is used for discrete control of the NGT-2000 when paired with a noncompatible transponder. The CP-2500 features a “push-to-sync” function that alerts pilots when there is a miscompare to the legacy transponder squawk code and the Lynx control panel. A simple push of the dual-concentric knob synchronizes the Lynx system to the transponder’s squawk code.
