STC Permission Letter Redemption Code is available to upgrade a previously purchased G5 (non-certified) unit, to a certified unit and includes a unique code to retrieve the STC Permission Letter. Please note that the previously purchased G5 MUST have a PMA label on the unit. If it does not have a PMA label present, it will not be legal for installation in a certified aircraft even with the purchase of the STC Permission Letter Redemption Code.
