EarthX, Inc. is an USA manufacturing and engineering company based in Northern Colorado specializes in lithium battery technology and manufacturing. The company was founded in August 2009 by a Navy Veteran, also an electrical engineer, who is passionate about trail riding and endurocross riding and wanted a better alternative than the 170+ year old lead acid technology. The desire to remove weight  was also very important and after years of research and development, EarthX launched a full line of lithium batteries for experimental and certified aircraft needs. EarthX is very excited to be the first company in history to achieve a 12V FAA, TSO, approved lithium battery for certified aircraft use.

As the first company to achieve this goal, EarthX has what is called a FAA TSOa certification. We hold the design approval and manufacturing approval to produce this battery.
